How do I get a discount?

Join free, open a place with a green member deal badge and tap Get my member code. Book directly with the place and quote your code.

Do I pay Bon Voyage Club?

No. You book and pay the place directly. Bon Voyage Club earns a small fee from the partner on completed stays; it is never added to your price.

Where are my codes?

In My account → My member codes, and in the email we sent.

How long is a code valid?

Each deal shows its dates; unused codes expire after the period set for that deal.

What does the place see about me?

Only when you claim their deal: your name, phone and code, so they can honour it.

How do I stop emails or delete my account?

Use the unsubscribe link in any news email, or My account → My details & privacy.
