Buying event tickets

How do I pay?

Choose your tickets on the event page and pay with Airtel Money, TNM Mpamba or a card through PayChangu.

Where are my tickets?

In the email we send after payment (open its link), and on the Tickets page when you are signed in. Each ticket has a QR code: show it at the entrance on your phone or printed.

I paid but have no tickets

Open the link in your email and tap Check again, or contact us with your order number. Mobile money can take a minute.

Refunds

Follow the ticket terms shown when you bought. Contact us with your order number.
